Our Staff

Executive Director Lynne Cox

Lynne has extensive experience from her nine year tenure as Headmaster at Midland Christian Academy and administrative experience in other private schools.  She specializes in capital campaigns, fundraising, and advertising.  She holds degrees in Music and English, a Masters in Voice Pedagogy and has taught ESL, Music Theory, Music History, and Voice classes.  She brings deep roots in the community through her serving as the board president of the Southern Fauquier Business Owners Association, chair of the Business Advisory Council to the Fauquier Board of Supervisors and serves on the Balanced Growth Alliance.

Instructors

All of our instructors at Allegro have at least a bachelors degree in their field of study or at least 10 years of experience. We screen all of our instructors, staff, and board members through the National Criminal Database and Sexual Offenders Database using InfoLink to ensure the safest environment for learning.
