First Friday Warrenton Vendors
First Friday is more than an event—it’s a monthly celebration of the Warrenton community. Each month, Main Street closes to traffic and opens to thousands of neighbors, families, visitors, and local businesses coming together to enjoy an evening in the heart of our small town.
We invite local makers, artists, businesses, organizations, and entrepreneurs to be part of the experience. Our vendor area gives you the opportunity to showcase what you do, connect face-to-face with the community, introduce your products or services to new customers, and build relationships with the people who live right here in our community.
With local food trucks, live music, a beer and wine garden, kids activities, adult activities, and a variety of vendors throughout the event, First Friday creates an energetic atmosphere that keeps people on Main Street throughout the evening. It’s a place where people come to shop, explore, discover something new, and—perhaps most importantly—meet their neighbors.

Vendor Guidelines
Be Part of First Friday
First Friday Warrenton is all about celebrating the charm, character, and community of Old Town Warrenton. Each month, Main Street transforms into a lively block party where neighbors and visitors come together to enjoy live music, local food, a beer and wine garden, family-friendly activities, and everything that makes our downtown special.
Last year brought our largest crowds yet, with an estimated 5,000 attendees during our biggest months of May and June. As First Friday continues to grow, we are excited to welcome local businesses and organizations that want to be part of this unique community experience.
Monthly Themes
Each First Friday features a different theme designed to create a fun and memorable experience for attendees. Vendors are encouraged to embrace the monthly theme by decorating their booth, incorporating themed elements into their displays, or creating an activity that ties into the evening’s celebration. The more our vendors participate in the theme, the more immersive and exciting the experience becomes for everyone!
Vendor Selection
To keep First Friday focused on supporting our local community, vendor participation is limited to businesses and organizations doing business in Fauquier County.
This year, First Friday Warrenton is excited to partner with Premiere Hospitality, a Fauquier-based event planning company, to help manage and grow the event. A committee will review all vendor applications to create a diverse and engaging mix of businesses, makers, organizations, and experiences each month.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor selection is based on event needs, available space, variety, and overall fit with First Friday.
Important Requirements
All participating vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Allegro Community School of the Arts and Party Maker of Virginia, LLC as additional insureds.
First Friday Warrenton is a rain-or-shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable, including in the event of inclement weather or cancellation due to circumstances beyond the event organizers' control.
Vendor spaces are assigned to the approved applicant and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to another business or company.

Costs
This marks the 4th year that First Friday has been an Allegro event. It serves as our yearly fund raising event. Costs from town and other supporting services have continued to go up, causing us to also increase our fees. We are continuing to expand the event with the Beer & Wine Garden, family activites, and live entertainment for all ages to attract an audience sure to come back!
