Power Vinyasa
The vinyasa class is a heated experience, linking breath with movement. In this class you'll lung, plank, and reach - flowing from one pose to the next. This is one of our most vigorous classes. You'll improve your stamina, flexibility, strength, and learn how to breathe through the intensity.
Yin
Yin Yoga focuses on improving mobility. You will hold stretches up to 5-10 minutes and trigger deep release in the connective tissue that surrounds your joints. Yin classes are especially helpful if you're an athlete, deal with chronic pain, or are recovering from an injury.

Ashtanga Inspired Yoga
Restorative
Calm and reset your entire body and mind with the restorative yoga practice. This is a non-heated practice. Pre-registration is helpful for room setup.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is an unheated class that moves a little slower than our regular vinyasa class. Gentle doesn't mean easy! It means that everything is taken back a notch, a cooler room, and slower movements with many modification options offered.
This class is for all levels. A more experienced practioner will enjoy working deeper with a more deliberate focus or alignment. A newer practioner will enjoy the slower pace to build strength and get used to the poses. This is a favorite class for everyone.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow is a practice of deep, long breath linked to slower movements. A more relaxing yet strong practice.
Ashtanga styled class is a practice based on the primary series with a set sequence of postures delivered in a unheated room.
