Watch out Warrenton, Transform Power Yoga is excited to announce a new partnership with the long-established Allegro Community School of the

Arts, bringing thoughtfully programmed yoga classes for adults and children into the school’s existing schedule beginning January 12th
This collaboration reflects a shared belief between both organizations: that movement, creativity, and self-expression thrive when the body is supported, balanced, and resilient.
Allegro has provided performers with training that builds strength, discipline, and artistry. The addition of yoga offers a complementary practice that supports those goals: enhancing mobility, body awareness, breath control, injury prevention, and mental focus.
Yoga naturally complements performing arts training. It builds strength without rigidity, flexibility without force, and presence without pressure. All of which are essential qualities for dancers and performers at every level.
Yoga classes offered through this partnership will be designed to:
Support mobility, balance, and joint health
Improve postural awareness and alignment
Encourage breath control and nervous system regulation
Provide space for recovery, longevity, and sustainable training
Beyond physical benefits, yoga also cultivates mindfulness, confidence, and emotional resilience. These skills translate directly into performance, creativity, and everyday life.
This partnership also reflects a broader vision: creating a space where movement is not siloed, but seen as an interconnected ecosystem. By combining performing arts and yoga under one roof, students and community members gain access to tools that support both performance and well-being.
Yoga class memberships will be available in various packages such as unlimited, 8x a month, and 4x a month and will officially begin on January 12th. A full schedule and class details can be found on Allegro’s website https://www.allegrocsa.org/yoga
While this partnership was born from a shared appreciation for movement and creativity, yoga classes are open to everyone, not just performers. Whether you’re looking to move your body, reduce stress, build strength, or simply carve out time for yourself, these classes are designed to meet you where you are.
No dance or performing arts background is required, just a curiosity for movement and a willingness to show up.
