Lachelle Yoder

Program Director

In 2004, she co-found BPK Music, later to become Allegro Community School of the Arts, with her husband Sam, and Cyndi & Marc Romero. At that time she became a certified Kindermusik Specialist teaching early childhood music. She taught private piano for 8 years before Allegro was founded.

“I never wanted to be a teacher which is why I didn’t become a music major. I started teaching privately at the encouragement of a friend. Once I began teaching, I discovered the love of watching my students grasp the concepts, then owning their music.”



Lachelle currently serves the school as the Program Director. She represents Allegro through networking, committees, and coordinates student performances.
