A #ChristmasAngel has offered to match donations to Allegro on a daily basis, up to $1,000 each day - beginning Monday, Dec. 10 through Dec. 31! Become a Friend of Allegro and help us reach $1,000 each day!
Allegro is a non-profit arts school offering instruction in music, theatre and the visual and written arts. We also offer a wonderful music therapy program and school for the blind. In our last fiscal year, Allegro awarded $19,323 in financial aid last year.
As community supporters, Allegro partners with the Town of Warrenton and the Warrenton Parks & Rec to offer events to our community.
Allegro appreciates its volunteers. During the last fiscal year, we welcomed over 200 volunteers who donated 6,829 hours to Allegro events that included 38 performances. We do this all to keep the arts alive in our community.
But there is more that we can do. Today, we are asking you to help us build a stronger Allegro as we move into 2019.
Our #ChristmasAngel is offering the perfect opportunity to become a Friend of Allegro! Donating $120 today will turn your membership into $240!
Your year-end gift allows us to:
build strong programs for our community
continue offering exciting programs such as the Summer on the Green Concert Series and Allegro Community Players
unite local arts organizations through the Fauquier Arts Council
a major, new program will be launch in in 2019 as we partner with the Fauquier Health in establishing Creative Aging for our aging community. Visit Creative Aging on our website to learn more. Research is showing a dramatic slowing of the dementias including Alzheimer's through the use of arts education.
